About Us
Professional Foot Care provided in the Comfort of Your Own Home
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, I noticed a consistent trend in my 15 years of nursing; foot care was rarely offered as part of a patient's/client's treatment. Until it is causing us significant pain, our feet are constantly overlooked, not realizing what it goes through on a day-to-day basis. This is when the idea of Sole Provider was born.

As we grow older, the wear & tear is compounded, the pain is more persistent, & every day it becomes a little less bearable to walk. Over the course of our lifetime, our feet carry us an average of 184,000kms!! During this time, we inherit conditions through the years that may impact our mobility, which in turn, will most likely greatly impact our Quality of Life.

As an experienced nurse who has worked extensively with various walks of life, including our aging population, Foot Care should be an essential service offered to everyone from 5-110 years old.

Tyffany Tubajon
Registered Psych. Nurse & Foot Care Nurse
Tyffany Tubajon has been a Registered Psychiatric Nurse since 2002. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, and worked with patients between the ages of 5 to 100+. Within the last several years, Tyffany decided to return to school to expand her knowledge. One of the courses she completed was the foot care course. Through this course, she realized the real need for foot care and has since founded Sole Provider (2016). During this time, she has assisted her clients in maintaining an active lifestyle, providing comfort & education, as well as providing much needed preventative care.
Tyffany takes great pride in creating a comfortable environment for you, the client. Whether it be in your home, or at one of her clinics in Vancouver. Her role includes assessing needs of patients and developing treatment plans which would include families, if requested. Rest assured that you, or your loved one, will be provided with professional, safe & holistic care.

Service You Can Trust
A Registered Nurse will collect a detailed medical history during your first appointment, as well as complete a gait & shoe assessment. Your 1st treatment will also be completed during this time. This will include a detailed foot assessment, trimming and reduction of long and thickened nails. Â Basic treatment of calluses, corns or fungal nails, completed with a foot massage.
Follow Up Treatments : Up to 45 mins

You’re in Safe Hands
A Registered Nurse will provide professional, safe foot care, in the comfort of your home. Providing basic nail trimming, treatment of nail fungus, calluses, padding (additional charge) & finishing off with a relaxing foot massage. Referrals and recommendations will be provided with all treatments and any *padding provided will be added to the cost of treatment.
Follow Up Treatments : 45-75 mins.

A Registered Nurse will provide professional, safe foot care in your home. Â Paying more attention to more advanced nail fungus, calluses, corns, in addition to nail trimming & ending with a well-deserved foot massage. Â *Any padding provided will be an additional cost to the treatment.
